Living Space:
Poodles are highly adaptable and can comfortably live in an apartment as long as they receive ample physical and mental exercise. They do not necessarily need a lot of space within the home but benefit from routine activities that keep them engaged.
Exercise:
Poodles require regular physical and mental stimulation through walks, playtime, and interactive games. Access to an outdoor area such as a park is beneficial, although not mandatory if exercise needs are otherwise met.
Climate:
Poodles adapt well to different climates but may require additional care during extreme temperatures. In hot weather, they need adequate hydration and cooling; in cold conditions, they appreciate warmth.
Grooming:
With their curly coats, Poodles require frequent grooming to prevent matting and maintain hygiene. Professional grooming every 4 to 6 weeks is recommended, along with regular brushing at home.
Independence:
Poodles are sociable animals and prefer company, although they can handle being left alone for moderate periods if gradually accustomed. They are happiest when given plenty of attention and engagement.
